Can I purchase Delaco Panels internationally?

At the moment, we primarily serve customers within Australia. However, we may be able to accommodate international orders on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our team directly to discuss shipping options and availability for international orders.

Local Pick Up?

We offer free local pickup of select stock. 
We need 48hrs after payment is received to fulfil the order or transfer stock. We cannot guarantee availability before order is paid.
2400 panels are NOT available for pick up from GC or Brisbane: in rare cases we may have a few 2400 in Gold Coast Warehouse. They can be collected from Melbourne Warehouse. Again we need 48 hours to prepare after they have paid.

Shipping takes between 3 - 7 Days Australia Wide.

Van Driver Information

Local Deliveries

• Deliveries are outsourced
• Leave Safe in reception or just inside your garage 
• Between the hours of  9-5pm within the next 3-7 days 
• You will receive a notification
• The drivers don’t take Panels upstairs or up the elevators 
• The drivers deliver the panels more than 10m away from the Van drop off point 
• Delivery Drivers do not provide installation guideline 

Pallet exchange or pick up
Shipping do not include a pallet exchange or pick up program. Deliveries are to the nearest access point, and as such, all packaging, including pallets, are part of the delivery.

If the receiver is unable to utilise the pallets themselves, we have been advised that Bunnings accepts second hand pallets, and recommend contacting the nearest store to check if they will accept them.
