Specifications & Technicalities

What is the weight of each panel?

For our Classic & Rounded panels, they weight 12kg per panel - 2800mm x 600mm and our Wide panels weigh 14kg per panel - 2800mm x 600mm. Thank you. 

What is the acoustic rating?

Does anyone know how good they are at blocking noise???

Our panels have an NRC (Noise Reduction Coefficient) of 0.85, which means they absorb85% of sound that hits them. This makes them highly effective in reducing noise and echo in spaces like offices, conference rooms, restaurants, and homes.

Do they collect dust?

Hardly at all… but you can run a duster over them. If your concerned

What is longest length?

We can custom order for you up to 3.6m long depending on when you need them and how many panels you need.  Otherwise standard sizes are 2.4 / 2.8 or 3m.

Width and height please?

We sell 2.4 and 2.8.

Installation & Usage

Can these panels be used on an external corner?

Yes, you can butt them together or use a black aluminum edge from Bunnings.

Waterproof?

 Our outdoor range is water proof.

Are they flexible to go across a curved wall?

Yes, the backing is flexible. It's a polyester felt backing which can be bent and molded around curves.

Can these be used on the ceiling of an outdoor deck where they won't be exposed to sun or rain?

They will still be exposed to moisture & humidity which I wouldn't recommend on the ceiling of an outdoor deck but we do have an outdoor range which is completely weatherproof and can also be installed onto ceilings.

Can these be used inside behind a freestanding fireplace?

Yes they sure can.

Hi can this be used on ceiling?

Yes definitely, it looks amazing.

Is there a cap or edging so you can install to a lower level?

We have capping, edging and corners for our outdoor panel range. We do not supply capping, edging or corners for our indoor panel range.

How do you hide the horizontal join or do you have panels that are 10 ft long?

Our outdoor panels are 2.8mts long. Depending on the colour you purchase (ie. dark colours don't show a join) but our installers normally get a timber or aluminium angle strip to join the panels

Is it possible to have this to conceal a doorway without any obvious gap? And allow the doors to open?

Yes you can, you would need to get an installer who can do this for you as it is a specific trade (experienced carpenter).

Are they safe around gas log fires?

We can give you a buzz about it if you like. We have some panels that will be fine and others we wouldn’t recommend.

Are the panels water proof to be installed in a bathroom?

 Not the indoor acoustic panels no but the stone and the outdoor panels.

How do you get them off without ripping your dry wall to bit’s?

In that case you would use screws instead of adhesive if there was the off chance you wanted to remove them in the future.

How do you finish the open ends?

 With our finishing slats.

Can they be used to cover internal brick walls?

Yes absolutely.

Do you install too?

We only provide the panels, the panels are easy to install, we have all the installation guide information

What type of panels can you as a feature wall in bathroom?

We have a showroom on the Gold Coast but most of our customers order our samples to choose the colours they like and then order online. How much per panel how high and wide do they come and what material are they please are they water proof for outside walls

So sorry for the late reply Roza. panels are available in 2400x600,2800x600 and a couple of colours in 3000x600. Pricing starts at $159 and goes up form there.

Are they expensive?

They start at $139 per panel and go up from there, so I would say they are very affordable, particularly given the impact they provide to a space.

We are predominately an online store. But we also have a showroom on the Gold Coast. 1/48 city link drive, Carrara.

We are an online store .. our clients order our Samples to make there decisions and then we send the panels.

Customization

Do you do a 3.5m panel so no join ?

No unfortunately, we only have 2.8m length panels

How to join on a 4m high external wall and remain waterproof at the join?

I’m assuming you’re asking about our Outdoor panel range. You can butt join the panels with a faint join line.

Need something similar for an external feature wall.

Do you have the Outdoor Panel - (2800mm x 147.5mm) in 1800mm height in black?

We are running low on Black outdoor panels as we only have 8 panels remaining.

Can you buy them bare so you can paint them your own color?

Not ours no as they all have a special oil on them.

Delivery

Can you deliver and install at Canberra ACT?

We deliver Australia wide and you can find a recommended installer from our website.

Where are you guys based? Do you have a show room and deliver Sydney area?

We are located in the Gold Coast QLD. We will be setting up a new Sydney showroom and warehouse in the Taren Point area in the next few months. Yes, we deliver Australia wide and weekly to Sydney.

Is there a stocklist in tassie?

We supply the entire country Maureen, so no stockists in other states so to speak.

Location?

 We are an online store that ship Australia wide but we also have a physical store on the Gold Coast. Normally our customers order our samples to choose the colours and we can quote you on how many panels you need.

Do you have a stocklist in Adelaide?

We ship Australia wide! We stock our big panels on the Gold Coast and the small ones in Melbourne.
